(August 28, 2021, 6:27 pm)2 things I didn't care for, 1 they don't call you back when they say they will with updates, 2 it took longer than previously told( about 2 weeks longer) however, I know they had to reorder some parts. Now, the staff was exceptional, when I turned in my car the lady that checked me in made calls to insure my rental was taken care of and also called my Insurance Co to speed that up. The rep who was my liaison was always friendly even when I was getting mad about the extended time. You can not tell where I was hit, it looks amazing and they even washed the outside of it.
