(January 4, 2019, 7:00 pm)I truly believe that reviews are only written by people who have complaints and want to be heard, so if you’re planning on moving in here - don’t forget the opinions overall may be bias due to the people who don’t take the time to write reviews if they’re actually satisfied. With that being said, I’ve been living in this complex for 2 years. It’s not the most amazing apartment, but I’m constantly getting compliments on the layouts from every guest who’s entered my home. I’m renting a 2 bed 2 bath and it comes with decently sized 2 living rooms. For most apartments I’ve seen, the size is pretty nice. The area is always quiet, it’s near a school so the only thing you hear is kids. There’s always maintenance outside cleaning up and keeping everything tidy. The complex always looks clean and the grass is always well kept with gardeners who come once a week. I haven’t had any complaints and I’ve been pretty satisfied with the area. Most apartment complexes in the high desert can be a bit scary for a girl living on her own with some weird faces roaming around, but this complex has made me feel pretty safe and satisfied.
Also, as far as management goes they’ve always been very helpful, kind and professional.
