(November 6, 2018, 10:30 pm)This store is really great. Big enough to hold plenty of amazing stock yet small and personal enough so that the sales people feel like your personal shopper! I don’t know else how to articulate it. Jacob, in particular, was amazing. His knowledge and sales technique should be the script for anyone wanting to learn Sales 101 although I’m sure his skill, personality and knowledge are gifts, not something he learned. We only went into this store to browse and came out with 3 purses and a pair of sunglasses. As someone in retail management myself, I’m usually immune to sales patter but Jacob had my wife and I hooked! The fact that the prices and products were super too leaves me wondering what Jacob could have sold me had the deals been less attractive...????????. The only down side was that my wife wanted the last purse that Jacob wanted for himself...I’m hoping that was just a sales ploy but super sorry if not! If you find yourself in Lake Arrowhead, don’t pass up the chance to visit this store...ask for Jacob to complete an amazing shopping experience. ????

(July 6, 2018, 8:53 pm)The Service: It is located at The Village. It is not an outlet store, regular retail price. All the staffs are very professional and helpful. They do have good selection of merchandise. Nice clean and organized store.
The Parking: 2 big parking lots sharing with many other retailers. -

(February 8, 2017, 1:37 am)OMG stumbled across a fantastic sale and bought two purses. Staff was super helpful, and not pushy at all. The store was too hot is my only complaint. I would have liked to shop longer, but I couldn't take the heat!
