Excellent, efficient customer service at a genuine and professional level. Follow-up was great in keeping me I formed of the status of my car. They did my complete repair from an accident in the amount of time they estimated. It was my first time at this Body Shop and I truly felt valued as a customer. They did such an awesome job fixing the back bumper of my car. It looks almost as if I never got into an accident. Not only did they give great service but they also finished my car a day earlier than expected. This is probably the least amount of hassle that I've ever had to deal with. The best part about it was one. He's the one that details the cars cleans them in such. He did such a stellar job he deserves a raise. Big Ups to Juan!
