Mt Baldy Trailhead

Beautiful place when it snows. Nice to play in snow. Can be a bit clouded. But worth the drive all the way up.

Nice hiking trail of medium difficulty level. Paths are mostly paves until the ski resort. A bit dangerous to climb further in the winter because of the wind and ice - had to turn around at Devil’s Backbone but even the views from there are beautiful - can see all the way to the coast! Be sure to bring plenty of layers and shoes with a good grip.

I'm not a hiker but I enjoyed walking to the San Antonio Falls lookout. We just had a nice storm come through and left snow. There were a lot of beautiful photo ops, mountain, pines, snow, waterfalls, great shots facing south through the peaks down at the valley. Just beautiful!

Hard trail but really worth it doing it.. It gets really cold during winter time. Please take plenty of water, food and winter jacket -N- pants. 12 miles one way up.. Please respect the local people 25Mph in town.

A tough but fulfilling hike. Personally, for me, the ascent was much easier than the descent, as the latter is much steeper (if you do the loop) and full of gravel, which tends to make you slip. This is a very doable hike, especially before the winter sets in. The sunset while descending was majestic
