(January 28, 2019, 5:22 pm)Two of my children started taking classes here a few weeks ago. The instructors have been great, the gym is kept clean, the prices are fair and my kids have a great time. My only complaint would be about one of the few ladies that works the front desk is pretty rude and dismissive. We showed up for our normally scheduled class only to find out that there was no class that day since they were hosting competitions, which we had not been notified of. Ok no big deal, so I tell the woman "Oh no, we didn't know. Can we re schedule a make up class?" I didn't even get halfway through my sentence before she started barking at me about the news letter and the Facebook announcement. I tried to explain to her that we were new and that we never received a news letter and that I don't follow them on Facebook, she wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say and I was not interested in going back and forth with her. A different lady asked me for my phone number and said she would call me on Monday to schedule a makeup class and on the way out the door a third lady apologized to me about the first ladies attitude and said "I'm sorry. I think she is just overwhelmed and stressed". Luckily my kids do not have to deal with her, their instructors are wonderful.
