  We're thrilled with the service. Our trailer arrived in just 4.5 months, and Taylor promptly addressed all our questions with same or next day responses. They always provided timely photo updates. Hats off to these guys for their excellent service and product!

  Thanks to Rodney & John and the crew for helping start our dream trailer! They went above and beyond guiding us along the way since this was our first mobile business. They always returned our calls and kept us informed via email on how the progress was coming along. We were impressed with the quality, kind of expecting something less considering the price, but we are really grateful that these guys do offer prices in our range which is lower-middle income, so we didn't need an agent or anything. It did get approved with ease and is road legal. ETA was a little longer than quoted, but still quicker than local builders by about a month. We really appreciate everything you guys have done for us in getting this off the ground, thank you!!

  First off, let me say thank you Arete. These guys really helped fully explain everything down to a tee in terms of the laws, and the ins and outs of this industry.
  Here's the reasons why I went with Arete over a fully American builder;
  1. They made the process as easy & straight forward as possible. I was working on this in my spare time, and once I found these guys it was almost too good to be true how easy the whole process was. They could've had us ready in the first week, but we were still shopping.
  2. Their styles! So unique, usually we see box style food trucks, but once I seen the Rounder and all the possibilities with branding, I used my first impression to see how our customers would also react. So far I was right, we get compliments daily.
  3. Customer service! We worked with John through the whole thing, and I was really happy at their ability to explain things and attention to detail, a good experience.
  4. The cost for an American approved trailer. We were certain that if we were to work with someone outside US it probably would need upgrades, but we found that they are based here in the states, and work on the electrical, gas, and appliances, and the whole thing is made to pass all the proper American channels. Even our county inspector was really impressed at the trailers quality and said he wished that all other trailers were built like this.
  
  In all, we are very grateful with what Arete offered, the idea of purchasing something this big without seeing it is kind of daunting, but in our opinion seems to be the best bang for our buck, and we have had much success in the past year

  Great company! After doing our due diligence, we discovered a number of American material builders who did not bring up various aspects of our health codes, and after looking into Transportation and FDA laws in America we also found international builders were not concerned with building to these requirements. We just barely dodged a bullet here, I would recommend anyone thinking about going with alibaba to consider if you really do know the factory. We have found that Arete has similar or same styles, slightly better quality than intl builders but they also are American based and build up to these standards. We spoke with John and he gave us the breakdown of the electrical and composition of what they do compared to international factories like alibaba. Will be continuing our business with them & highly recommend their customer service is exceptional.

  We are so very pleased with our concession trailer that we will be order 2 more in the near future once the lockdown lets up. John & Andrew were amazing in walking us through the whole process and making it as simple as possible. When I was dealing with a few other builders, the whole thing seemed impossible, and not to mention the price was about 5X more expensive, we would have definitely needed a much larger loan if we didn't go with these guys. Of course you are paying for what you get, its really as they describe a "No frills" style of cart not made in America, but really after inspecting both American made steel and then this value based company, I would say we are very pleased and nor us or our customers can really notice a difference, its really just small things like attention to detail, but that is also what you get with such a quick lead time as well. I give these guys 10/10 stars! Highly recommend there services.

  The best Value for a custom made vending trailer available that is up to USA standards. We tried ordering one through alibaba in China ourselves and soon found out about a whole list of codes and regulations and fees bringing something like that into the USA. We fully believe in Arete's value in guidance and quality of build, we also have spoke to a few customer who had similar things to say. Highly recommended!
