Currently the exit is broken and has been broken for about a month now. Before that I could say this storage spot is ok. It's not great just average. The weird thing is though,at night, even hours before the closing time(10pm), I put my code in for the gate and drive to my unit and the alarm goes off the whole drive. All around the storage like I'm a thief or something. Lights, sirens, etc. It isn't a good feeling because it could draw negative attention and I am not trying to explain myself to some cops or security for doing nothing except using my own storage. However these are not reason enough to give it a 3 star, but it is close.

The manager made a really hectic situation turn into an easy one! Everyone in the office was friendly and kind. They made this experience easy breezy

I just want to say a few wonderful things about this beautiful lady Jennifer.
My storage was broken into at another location and she left to help me she was under staffed and very very busy and still did everything possible to help me.
She was so kind she was understanding she was helpful and patient.

They have very good price packaging material. We bought a lots of bubble mailers. They have all kind of special design pattern mailer. We used to bought online and with the added shipping cost we actually pay a lot. We usually go pickup the product at the back of their warehouse. We save some shipping cost this way.
