The Grove Apartments

I recently moved here and can say that the complex is very nice. The gym is a good size and so is the pool. Sonia assisted me in finding a unit within my budget and answered all of my questions.

The grow property Have a new property manager she's very nice the staff is very nice and helpful .Gilbert the maintenance guy is very helpful and
he keep the place up and clean The Grove is a good place to raise your family It's very safe and clean I give them 5 stars. I give them 5 stars because of how nice and helpful the staff is. they are very nice and helpful 👍

Sonia is so great! The whole process was smooth, lots of information provided, she was so nice too. Made sure we had everything before our move it. The apartments are nice. Amenities are dope too like the gym, pool, grills, office area if you need things printed. The only thing that doesn’t sit well with me is all the rules for everything. Guest passes, gym closing so early and opening a little late (kind of wishing I had 24 hour access). The pets situation saying they take pets then there’s restrictions on breeds, garage is waaaay too small. I understand the owners of this complex have to make their money, but jeez I’m paying you so much for rent can’t you just let me use what I want and need whenever? I do like that you feel safe here because not just anyone can come in but if I have a guest I don’t want them to be timed on when they can visit us. So owners maybe take some of my suggestions because I’m sure I’m not the only one :) but you did great with hiring Sonia she is the best. Lets see if i renew my lease next year.

Bf and I were out of state movers, toured around the community 2 months before move and fell in love with the floor plan layout, it did not compare to the other dozens of apt that we looked at. Sonia was helpful in communicating with us during the process esp as we did everything remotely. One week in and we really feel like home, they are great in keeping parking spaces available even at night because of strict parking rules. Neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe walking around. Our unit is easily accessible which we really love. Downside is the units are pricier than neighboring apartments esp as we wanted to be on the first floor for convenience but community was overall homey.
