No matter how small the question or tedious the task this insurance agency (Tracie) has always exceeded exceptional standards and expectations (has gone over and beyond what was expected)! I am so happy to have finally joined the State Farm family. Reema Mahtani is an excellent Agent. With Reema, I never have to worry about my insurance needs. A while ago, I had gotten hit by someone and called Reema's office. I was so panicked but she walked me through the whole process and handled everything for me. She made sure my car was repaired in a very timely manner and efficiently. I am always so impressed by her quick response, guidance, and hard work. Anytime I have any questions, she makes sure to call and explain everything thoroughly to me. Great customer service!!
