(August 1, 2018, 10:54 pm)Helpful and thoughtful service. What really sets apart this body shop is the level of communication they provide. Any question I had was answered before I even had a chance to ask.
My repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and my car was returned cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. And I have a toddler, so that's saying something.

After talking to their manager Andy, he took care of the matter and reimbursed me for the parts I had to buy and ordered and placed back the emblems that were taken off in the disassembly process. Thank you Andy for making this matter right.

Long story short, I took my car there to get an estimate of repair of my car that had been involved in an accident (this includes assembly and disassembly or my car). They took care of the paperwork for the repair cost estimation with the insurance I was dealing with. However, I noticed that they didn’t place back some of my car parts in the assembly and disassembly; I had to buy them myself because I needed to pass the DMV inspection (Bulbs for rear license plate and bracket, a cover for cable and my car emblems). Other stuff that was missing was my license plate screws. I would recommend checking that small parts like these were not lost, especially when it's an assembly disassembly process and not a full repair service. -
