Clean, quiet, workout area, volleyball court (bring your own net), basketball court, large open field, walking area around the park to walk/run laps. Small but nice when few people are there. Negatives are the restrooms, the sketchy people that come around sometimes, how busy it gets sometimes and the dogs that are not kept on a leash.
