Juan went above and beyond to resolve my billing issue on my account. Was very concerned. need to hire more people with his morals and that are willing to go above and beyond.

I switched my number to t-mobile, and got the new galaxy s8 plus... my experience was amazing with the help of Angie and Ed I was able to get great deals on my phones and service.. I really recommend this store, even tho my kids were being little brats, the sales people were really understanding and help me as fast as they could.. recommending this store to all my friends and family!

I switched over from another carrier and the entire staff at this T-Mobile was incredible and willing to help make the transition smooth and painless. Jocelyn was just phenomenal. She listened to my needs and worked quickly to solve my phone issues. Ed, Christian, Juan, and Melody were also willing to go the extra mile to get me up and running with T-Mobile. Great group here. Highly recommend visiting this location for your T-Mobile needs.

I came here needing an upgrade on a phone. The assistant manager was so helpful and answered every question I had...which was a lot! The sales associate that rang me up was also polite, respectful, and professional. I would recommend anyone using T-Mobile service to stop in at this location. Their customer service is great!
