  Nelson in Customer service was great. No pressure to buy and no upsell and made the experience great. I was on other SIs and I was pressured the get more stuff.....I was on a budget and it made me feel uncomfortable. Nelson was professional and got me the answers I needed. It was one of the best online buying experiences I have ever had. (lets hope the shipping goes well....I will send an update) This company needs to be grateful to have Nelson. Great Job!

  My daughters computer was having some issues and I called Skytech tech support. I was inside a year of purchasing the computer, so everything was free. I spoke to several tech support reps and they were all very helpful. Daniel in particular, was not only knowledgeable, but also patient, as he talked me through the troubleshooting and eventual solution. I am very happy with Skytech for their responsiveness. I expect there to be a certain fail rate for any type of device, I really don’t hold that against the company. My son has the exact same computer, purchased at the same exact time, and he has had no trouble. I place more importance on how a company responds when customers have a sub-optimal circumstance arise. Skytech has surpassed my expectations in that regard, and Daniel in particular. My daughter‘s computer is now functioning as normal again. Good customer service should not be taken for granted in this age, as it is not the norm. But from what I can tell it is the norm at Skytech.

  My husband and I have bought 4 pcs in the past 2 years, 3 of them skytech pcs. By far Skytech has been top notch quality, great prices & their customer service rivals all their competitors. Jose & Kanoa have been amazingly helpful and patient with pc idiots. TY

  The computer that I bought was amazing, it was everything that I asked for. Skytech was very helpful as some things were loose from being jostled around in the mail and they walked me through every step I needed to fix/adjust everything so that it worked. 10/10 experience, I was super thankful that everything worked out as at the time the PC I bought was the most expensive purchase I had ever made and the staff helped me quite a bit and put my mind at ease. My fiancé needs a new desktop a little bit of gaming and school work and when we can afford it I will definitely be coming back to get one for her. The prices are amazing considering the current economy and I highly recommend.

  Found this company while trying to find a pc during the height of the GPU shortage (could only buy GPUs from scalpers on ebay/amazon at the time, for about the $ of the prebuilt rig i got from skytech.
  I have had a couple conversations with support since getting my pc from them. They have a good support staff. I just ended a multiple hour chat with Ryan. Where he helped answer some questions i had and got me ordered a replacement part i needed. AND fix a major issue that appeared while going through things to identify the parts i needed. I am also out of warranty by about the same length of time, but got this kind of service from support.
  
  Please note that the wear on the keyboard is from multiple years of gaming on said keyboard. (Keyboard and mouse were provided as free additions to my PC purchase)
  Mouse features 2 thumb buttons and a DPI button. Scroll wheel is better than any mice i have used.
  
  You do of course get different parts based on what's available,
  so only specific part details are promised. For example they had a disclaimer that some models will have different wifi setups. Mine has a dual antenna wifi card at the bottom of the case.
