Customer service is always top notch! Bought my competition bumpers a couple months back and they have been the best addition to my home gym. Highly recommend Griffin to anyone.

Before my Rack even arrived I was blown away by the customer service! 10/10! Fast and helpful responses from Customer service and updates every step of the way as far as Order received/processed/shipped. I was just apprehensive of the product at that point because I was SOLD on the Customer service. The product arrived promptly (East Coast) and very well packaged. All the packing was top tier and labeling on all of the boxes. Assembly was simple and easy! And I couldn’t be happier with my cage! Rogue level quality without being pummeled by the same price point! Congrats Griffin you have my recommendation and a customer for life!

They kindly offer to replace my seat for the V version - (smaller in size).

Very Happy with this size, look and feel.

The overall buying experience was good and after having expressed my concerns - they were able to accommodate my needs.

Honest review -

I was very please with the order up until I had to call back Nancy to express a few concerns:

Pros
- Box arrived in good condition and I was impressed with how well everything was packaged.
- "Great customer service - or so I though" - Prior to placing the order - called and spoke to Nancy. Expressed my interest on the FID Adjustable Bench and asked the following questions:
- Return policy? Nancy advised - so long as the item is not used for an extended time you may return it with a 15% restocking fee and $65 shipping fee.
- Is the seat too large? The seat is designed - so that users who wish to do decline exercise may do so comfortably.
- Every item is separately boxed and well wrapped.
- The frame is sturdy and well put together.

Cons
- The leg raise came with some rust on the joints - not what you want to see on a new item.
- The end caps (large washers) for the leg raise are sharp and do not seal well. This is poor design and you can rest assure - you will get hurt.
- Although the leg raise is optional - if you do take it off - then you will not have a handle to move the bench around. - not a great design.
- The seat is wide and unnecessary large. You are literally forced to keep your legs wide open while seated.
- My seat arrived with one side larger than the other and it's just awkward to look at.
- Carrying handle and wheels - you will need to raise it high enough to be able to move it around. My suggestion would be to get bigger wheels.
- Finishing touches - seat and back pads aren't exactly top notch and you will be able to see the sort of clamp with a nail holding the material. Not great looking.

Sent an email and 3 days latter after no response - I called and spoke to Nancy.

Expressed my concerns and I was advised the following:

- Return - we cannot accept a return on a used item - people do a poor job at boxing the item back up.
- Return - we cannot accept a return on an assembled item. Nancy stated - the return policy stands for when you get the item and you change your mind but do not assemble it.
- Seat - we don't have another seat and we can see about replacing the one you have for another identical.
- Rust - don't worry we seal our gear with a special coating and you don't need to worry about it.
- Leg raise washers - some people choose to take the leg raise off but we can send you some that aren't sharp.

Moral of the story - make sure you are willing to accept the item "as is" - else you may have to go through a bad experience.

Bought their FID bench last month. It’s by far the best bench I’ve owned. I went through a couple of REP and Rogue benches through flipping during the COVID craziness and this is far better than the AB-3000. Highly recommend it!

I drove down from the bay to pick up some plates. Well worth the drive! Their black bumpers are some of the best plates I’ve ever used. I will be back for some competition plates in the near future.
