Bright Star Care

Bright Care Home Health Provider provides coordinated and comprehensive health care to home bound individuals under a physician's supervision. The following services are provided in the home: skilled nursing, home health aide services, medical social services, specialty services (occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical therapy, medical equipment / supplies, respite care. Skilled nurses plan and provide individual care including, but not limited to: treatments and injections, wound care, catheter / ostomy care, diabetic care/teaching, enteral / parenteral nutrition, pre-op and post-operative care, care of the terminally ill (non hospice patients), case management.

Services are available on a visiting, part-time or intermittent bais and are provided by interdisciplinary team of highly skilled and dedicated health professionals. We provide home visits during day time hours or other prior agreed upon arrangement. Our on-call staff will respond to non-emergency calls after hours, and on weekend and holidays.
