She also helped me with all the line/data transfer as well as applying the liquid skin to my new phone. The store manager was also very helpful in determining the right phone for me and also gave me $15 per month BIC bill incentive credit for 3 years of my contract. This is the right time to switch back to Verizon (I returned from T-Mobile) and this store is the place to do it.

Poor and flawed process to acquire or upgrade phone, with agin unnecessary frustration and loss of sales, etc.ect.ect…
