Love how easy it is to make your own bowl. Note that it may take a while to cook your food. When going with your family, I recommend grabbing your food altogether.

Stopped by shortly after opening time. Employee greeted as soon as we walked in. Went over to the area and he explained how you fill up the plate with what you want and however much you want. Then you season it with sauces and condiments and set near the counter. The cook empties plate onto the grill and you get to watch it all cook. Once completed they out into a plastic container that gets weighed. You pay by the pound. Then get some rice and buy drinks. Pretty relaxed location. Good food.

My first time trying this place out. I found out by mistake while looking for another place to eat at. The staff was very nice she even told me they were about to close in five minutes but allowed me to come in and do get my order in. That houses a long ways worth customer service. The good was very good. Next time I would rather do rice because I'm not a big noodle fan.
