Jonathan provided excellent negotiations when it came down to receiving multiple offer. We went over every offer with a fine tooth comb so we were able to identify the pros and cons to every offer. He shorten the buyers contingencies and the advantage of representing me as his client. I was super impressed that I received more money with his over skills.
