Overall, the staff is very kind, respectful and accommodating. Everyone is informative when you ask questions and will find out an answer asap if they don't have it right away.

I gave 4 stars because there are a few things that could have been worked on to establish confidence in my experience.

Surgery was successful. Dr. Kim has a calm and lighthearted demeanor. There was no pressure to have an invasive surgery, and options were discussed. I had to be assertive and follow up with the office at first, but right before surgery, there was more followup from the staff towards my procedure. My concern was minimal post operation guidance. This was my first foot surgery and I was hoping for a more detailed experience from start to finish.

By far the best doctor my daughter and I have been to in any field and I’ve been to a few. Dr. Kim it’s funny easy-going and makes you feel calm. My daughter had a really bad infected ingrown toenail. He was quick informative and the process was simple. He took the time to make it as painless as possible. If you are looking for a podiatrist you found your place.

Dr. Kim has been taking care of my daughter and her gnarly ingrown toe issues for years. He’s very friendly and relates to children and parents very well! He’s one of our favorite doctors! He’s so awesome that, although he’s not in our network, we still go to him. If you need a podiatrist, go to Dr. Kim! He’s awesome!!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Chan. She first treated my son's ingrown toe nail. She was so thorough in explaining all our options and care. He was very comfortable and relax with her. My husband and I decided to get treated too. So my whole family has seen Dr. Chan. We are very happy and healing thanks to her. Pricing is very affordable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chan.

I needed to see a podiatrist to determine what was causing issues with my ankle and foot. I was extremely hesitant because I had already had extensive surgery on this foot. I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Albert Kim based on the reviews shown on the Website for my insurance company.
I am rarely impressed when I meet someone for the first time, but I was truly impressed by the kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism displayed by the staff and Dr. Kim. The front office staff is so friendly, and they make you feel very comfortable. I like how they look you in the eye when they speak to you and they all seem to really enjoy their job.
Dr. Kim is truly awesome. For my first appointment, he gave me a thorough examination, thanked me for bringing in my previous records, and based on the questions he asked and his examination, I could tell he actually looked at them. He ordered an MRI which we discussed at my second appointment. I really like the way he explains things in a layman terms, which helps me understand what needs to be done to correct the issues with my foot and ankle. He took a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I did not feel like I had to hurry up so he could move on to the next patient. Oh no, not him, he spent a great deal of time with me because he wants to make sure you understand what is going on and what he needs to do. Dr. Kim seems to be very knowledgeable and I get the impression that he really cares about his patients and wants what's best for them.
