Needed a pin from this location so I call before to talk to the manager. He was so polite and nice. He kept the pin until I got there to pick it up. I drove from Pasadena area. I was so happy that it was there waiting for me. This is good customer service. That’s what makes a good establishment difference and even the drive was far it was well worth it.

Staff is awesome & friendly. Very informative about all products, new arrivals and clean store. My husband buys a cap everytime we take a stroll to the Gardens but today I'll be purchasing 3 storage bags for my son, brother and husband. PERFECT BDAY GIFT ACCESSORIES & REASONABLE PRICE.
