This site was very organized and efficient. The tech was knowledgeable and explained each step before beginning. It was very appreciated. The front staff were polite. I recommend doing your paperwork online before coming in if possible. They thanked me for completing it before my appointment. I would recommend this site based on my experience today.

The young woman up front was very friendly helpful and quick. The gentleman that took the CT scan was also friendly precise and quick. I was in there for less than 25 minutes. Definitely five star review. I wish most places was as this. Thank you so much.

The Radiology staff was outstanding to work with. In my older age I have become very claustrophobic and the CT machine looks like a wide, closed, MRI style machine: like a small cave. The Radiologist calmly explained and showed me everything that he was going to do and was very concerned and comforting to make me feel relaxed enough to go through with it: and that's not easy. Great job!

The service at MRI office on Haven Avenue is exceptional. I made an appointment since I’m sure that’s wiser than sitting aimlessly waiting on a walk-in basis.

Francisco was very professional, kind, thorough, and put me at ease going through that giant, scary X-ray tube. I left my necklace in one of the lockers and he promptly called me so I could retrieve it.

THE MRI TECH WAS SO POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE, AND MADE MY VISIT SO MUCH BETTER- AS WAS HIS ASSISTANT. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. TO THE THREE EMPLOYEES I ENCOUNTERED TODAY, "THANK YOU, EACH."
