  nice setting and has lots of different liquors especially whiskey. Beer selection is average. The food was really good and it wasn't too crowded even on a Friday night

  Very fast causal. The Mecca of whiskey. This place has great upbeat vibe. You must stop by just to listen to great music, have a drink and eat delicious food.

  Nice prices on beer and wine, excellent food choices, and nice ambiance - nice spot for a date! Came here for dinner and a few drinks and had a great experience here. First off, you don't have to wait in an hour long queue like some of the other trendy food spots. Secondly, they have an excellent selection of booze at a great price point. The food also tasted amazing and presentation was excellent as well. Definitely recommend and will be back for another date

  We came here when they first opened years ago with excitement and were terribly disappointed. We have a true love for all types of whiskey bourbons and such. We wanted to have a late night cap with a small bite and decided to give The State a try again. We are so happy we did
  We came on a Friday about 11pm and had some excellent and well made whiskey bourbon cocktails. We did not think we could order food that late, but they said kitchen closes at 12:30am. We loved it so much that we came back two days later for Sunday brunch. Everything tastes excellent and their menu has improved by 100%. Its a must try. Only complaint was the champagne during midday brunch was warm. Please ensure enough bottles are properly chilled so we can enjoy the mimosas. That was disappointing but not a deal breaker.
