Quality Auto Complete Auto Repair

On our way to a camping trip in Needles, our alternator gave out on us. We quickly looked for the nearest auto shop and after calling around at about 5 places, quality auto quoted us a fair price and their friendly can-do attitude won us over. Bear in mind it was Friday evening at 4 pm when we took the car in and the team quickly jumped on the task of replacing the alternator in a timely manner to get us on our way when everyone else told us we would have to leave it in the shop overnight. They got us back on the road in less than 1.5 hours and my v8 4Runner definitely called for at least 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. My family and I are forever indebted to Oscar and the team for their stellar service and professionalism. You guys deserve all the praise!

I needed a new regulator for my window that stopped working. Safelite didn't have the part and wasn't sure when it would come by so they told me to go next door to Quality. Very nice/friendly and service didn't take that long. Plus I got to watch a movie in the waiting room :) If you also need a new regulator for your window, they give you a 6 month warranty for the part. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again guys!
