    This is a great product. Our handyman but it up after installing a new deck. It serves a great purpose of controlling the light on our deck steps. We are able to choose the setting for turning on the lights...at dusk, 1 hrs, 2hrs from dusk to dawn, etc. Lots of choices. Easy to use. Great material for different weather (we live in an all seasons area). Great product and definitely worth the money!

    I've been using this for a month now in a temporary mini-solar setup to power some small loads. It works great and I have no complaints. Build quality is much better than I expected for such a reasonably priced unit. Display is useful without being cluttered. I just wish it had a programmable low voltage cut-off. Otherwise I'm very pleased with it.

    I can't say enough good things about Vevor, their customer service was always fast to respond and every employee I dealt with was polite, understanding, and cooperative. I ordered a heavy anvil, but FedEx just dropped the ball left and right. They tell us at first that the anvil will be delivered, but then we are told due to packaging being messed up they won't deliver it. We tell them we don't care about the box we are happy to recieve it as is. One day they say OK only to get a different answer every time we call about the failure to deliver. We tell them my spouse will drive the hour to get to fedex's shipping center in Braselton Ga to get the anvil and he will pick it up. He drives down only to find that they did not listen to the hold order and instead put it on a truck to deliver but again they refuse to deliver due to damage packaging. The second time we set up a drive to the FedEx center they just refused to hand it over at all. Then I get a call that they lost the anvil and told me to call Vevor and have them ship another one. The Customer service with Vevor was wonderful as Always and sent another anvil. A day or so after they send the replacement I drive home to find the " Lost" anvil was chucked into my lawn. I told Vevor I was happy with that anvil so feel free to cancel the order. They asked me to cancel the order on my end as well and so I called FedEx and the employee there said he would take care of it, but I should post a note on my mailbox or front door. I get back from lunch with my better half to find a second anvil was still delivered. I called Vevor and asked them how they wanted to handle it, honestly I thought they would ask me to get FedEx to ship it back but the representative and supervisor both said it was not worth it and with all the screw ups to just keep both anvils. That just made my day; not because I will use voth anvils but I have a nephew recovering from covid that would kill for it. I have drone on with this story, but the point of it is that in all the emails and in all of the phone-calls with Vevor I cannot ever remember a finer group of customer service reps they had almost no wait time, they were all helpful and understanding, and they actually focused on the customer's satisfaction instead of the bottom line financially. The were very honorable and fair in a sadly all to common age of dishonesty and greed in big corporations.
    I just want to say thank you to all the Vevor custmer service staff and a special shout out for Salina and her supervisor Allani who were so wonderful and helpful. It is when thing are going wrong that you truly see the qualities of both the employees and the corporation the make up. The entire service staff all deserve promotions and raises because of their efforts and because they made me a Vevor customer for life. Thankyou!!!
