  This is my second review for Max. Last year he sold a house for us and the results were remarkable. Our primary residence was on the very east side of Moreno Valley. Being retired my wife and I wanted to maximize our retirement dollar, so we decided to sell and move out of state. First real estate agent who came to mind was Max. Our experience with our prior sale, Max was our go to agent. Not even a second thought.
  We contacted Max and that's all she wrote! Through his extensive experience and knowledge of the market, our home sold the first weekend on the market. Monday we had several offers well above list price. The following day our house was in escrow. Just like our prior sale, Max was diligent and always up to date with every aspect of the sale. We closed on time without a hiccup.
  If you are looking for a agent who looks out for your best interest not just the dollar, Max is your man! I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family or friends. Buying or selling, take a few minutes and give Max a call. You won't be disappointed!

  Max is absolutely a great Real Estate agent to work with. Professional Reliable Friendly. It was really an easy process from the time we met him until the end of the transaction of our home. He kept us informed with each step of the process. Answered all questions and concerns. I recommend Max Garcia for your Real Estate needs.

  Max gives you the "maximum" customer service. He gave me staging tips, great ideas, beautiful home and garden picture spread and a professional client/seller relationship to sell my house. He got me top dollar $$$ for my vintage Long Beach, CA home.

  First and foremost, a HUGE heartfelt Thank you to Max. My husband and I know NOTHING of the real estate world, and quite frankly I don't think we ever will really wrap our heads around it. Which is why buying a home 5 years ago was so scary. We held off for a long time out of fear that it just wouldn't be possible, but after much encouragement from Max to just sit down and look at numbers, and creating even a future plan, we discovered it was very much possible. Max essentially held our hand throughout the entire process, explaining everything that was needed, that we were looking for, and any hiccups along the way in detail and depth so we felt comfortable and understood why we were doing things. If we had to decide between something he helped us look at the pros and cons and the reality of the situation for the present and future. I really appreciated when I would be told something by a seller and Max helped me understand what was being asked for, and help us avoid being taken advantage of. Thankfully we found the perfect home for us and have been very cozy with our family here since.
  Fast forward 5 years, and we are in this pandemic (thank goodness he reminded us of our initial main goal of a nice big yard to play with our kids, because that was a lifesaver this pandemic) and all the rumors about rate changes etc. He always sends out newsletters to keep all his past and current clients updated on the market and what all the real estate jargon means. This encouraged us to reach out to him and ask about refinancing. Once again he walked us through every step of the way, answered all our questions, was wonderful with explaining to us what the escrow company was doing etc. End result was us reducing our mortgage payment by 20 percent! We are beyond thrilled with this and grateful for his expertise and work

  My wife and I met Max thru a family member when they heard we were selling our SoCal home. We met with Max and shared with him our wants, needs and desired outcome from selling the house. Max was very patient and listened to us...more importantly, Max heard us!! Before we listed, Max came to us with a game plan. He recommended to us what price range to come in at to get more prospective buyers to see it. Further, Max let us know everything that was going to happen before hand once the house listed. We were informed, made aware of and in the loop all the way thru selling process. For us, our first and most important task was finding the right Realtor. After making the decision to go with Max as our Realtor, selling our home was literally one of the easiest, trouble free experiences we have ever had, especially considering the magnitude of the transaction and our one opportunity to benefit from the sale of our 26 year home. We cannot imagine the selling of a home going any better than it did with us. Max and the team he works with (Title and Escrow) absolutely handled everything. Max's plan to come in at market average (means of surrounding properties on market) worked terrific. We received 7 solid offers within the first 48 hours, all above asking price and ultimately settled with a buyer for 30K over asking. This was our experience with Max Garcia the realtor. Max Garcia the person was very professional, well spoken, made himself available, was always courteous and the BIG ONE, he gets how to communicate. There usually seems to be questions, concerns, issues etc. when buying, selling property. It was awesome that Max was on point every step of the way. No surprises, no last minute oh yeah forgot to mentions, no drama!! Our most sincere thanks and gratitude for Max. We simply can not speak higher of or give a more positive recommendation for anyone looking for a realtor, that we do with Max Garcia!!
