He has, since our call, personally followed up with my referral and kept me updated. I know that no person or company is perfect, but what really matters is the commitment to make something right when it does go wrong. Bernardini and Donovan have proven they are the integrity operation you can trust and be confident working with. For transparency’s sake, I have left the content of my previous review below. But I can now say I whole-heartedly recommend them! Thank you Adrian for your honesty and integrity and I look forward to working with you and your company more!
I had high hopes in referring this company to a friend that needed help with health insurance. I initially called in my referral. No response back. I went in to the office and gave the name and contact info to their receptionist personally and asked for them to get in touch and help her and her family. After 4 total follow up attempts I have given up. As a professional in the insurance industry, I was looking for a health insurance agency to refer clients to on a consistent basis. I'm very disappointed in their complete lack of courtesy or follow up, and their disregard for someone seeking to send business their way. -

We have been using Bernardini and Donovan for consultation and helping us get our health care figured out for 2 years. They charge no brokerage fees and to top it off they know their business as they specialize in health care. They were even able to make my dad happy with his Medicare so I know they are doing things right!
