  Mark proved his worth right off the batt. He not only matched our enthusiasm about buying a place to call home that made sense for us financially but truth be told; he surpassed our expectations!
  
  After many trials and tribulations going back and forth between the sellers broker and Mark, he was able to make a deal that almost slipped beyond our grasps. But again, Mark was the glue that made it all stick and much to our advantage. Mark was able to use his many tools in his network of professionals, his personal expertise in the business and his truly congenial disposition as the necessary links in the chain to ensuring we got our dream home. Not to mention, without Mark we certainly wouldn’t have locked in $26,000 in equity at closing with a zero down VA loan.
  
  This whole process was without some stress but much of it was carried by Mark the whole way through. From start to finish he made it his business to get the greatest possible results by using all the greatest possible means.
  
  It is an honor to say we would recommend him to our closest friends and family.

  This was our first home buying experience, and we had no idea what we were up against. Mark was super patient and was very thorough in explaining every small detail to us that we had questions about. We went back and forth for location, price, schools, you name it we were debating it. I believe any other agent would have torn his hair out or fired US. Instead Mark set up showings, advised us with his years of experience and gave us some space and time to think every time we met. He never made us feel like he was selling/finding us a house. He was always trying to help us find our HOME, to make sure in the end we were happy with the location, the schools, the home. Once we did finally select a home after 2-3 months, he meticulously led us to the end of escrow until we got our new home. We may have exchanges hundreds of emails and texts through the whole process and he was very punctual with each and every reply. I recommend Mark, and would give him a million stars/thumbs up for how hard he worked for us, and for his ability to make us feel like he was always in our corner ready to fight for us at every step. Thank you to him for his efforts and his kindness throughout this whole process.

  We were referred to Mark Nazzal, and I am so glad we were. We had been looking for a home but did not have an actual realtor because we could not find one that could or would consistently help us. Mark was the first to follow through. He promptly took the time to find out exactly what kind of house were looking for and he made himself available to us, so we could visit homes we liked. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about the home buying process, but Mark walked us through every step from start to finish. He is honest, hands-on, prompt, communicative, personable and he really helped to take the pressure off us. Mark worked hard for us and never gave up even when we almost did. Home buying can be a daunting, intimidating, frustrating and exhausting experience so having a realtor you can count on is essential to the process. We are happy to say we are in our new home now, thanks to Mark's efforts and we are very grateful. We recommend Mark in high regard. He is a rarity in the real estate industry and we were blessed to connect with him.

  Mark is a caring, knowledgeable, and utterly professional realtor. He didn’t even mind me texting him for updates. He walked us through every step of the process with patience and concern. He was honest and had a no-nonsense approach to protecting our future investment. I not only recommend him, I advise you would be crazy not to use him.

  Mark is very professional and efficient. He did such a good job of marketing our home that it sold in four days! He expertly guided us through the escrow process and was very helpful and informative, and was very patient and reassuring with all of our questions and doubts. He also vetted realtors in our new home town and found us a perfect match. We highly recommend Mark Nazzal!
