  I lived here for 8 months in 2017 and looking back this place wasn't too bad. Our apartment had just been renovated so everything was new, we had no bug problems, staff was friendly (except for the manager Brandy, she is not approachable). The parking situation did suck, I tried to have my parking space moved closer to my apartment building twice (I was very pregnant at the time and already lived on the second floor) and it was never addressed. You only get 1 space even if you have a 2 bedroom (which I think is unfair) and if you rent a garage space (you could rent half of it) you forfeited your free spot outside (that seemed stupid too). Oh and they have no visitor parking...so parking I think is my biggest issue.
  
  But aside from that, the premises were well kept, the pool was nice, the gym is very small but if you need a cool room to walk/run during the summer, it works out nicely. I never had any issues with work orders being taken care of on time. The apartments come with washer/dryer hookups which is super helpful. The kitchen was a good size, it comes with stove, microwave and dish washer (no fridge but they give you the option of renting one). The maintenance guys are really cool. It's right in front of Calstate so it was nice being able to walk to the campus or go for walks at the track or even up the hills. In general it was very safe and I was never concerned about walking alone at night. And they are pet friendly so that was cool. Our neighbors were all really quiet so we might have just lucked out in that aspect. Aside from the apartments being pricey (they wanted to increase our rent after our contract was up), we would have stayed. Overall, I would recommend.

  I have been here almost a year, and yes it was rocky in the beginning but for what i wanted when looking for an apartment Acacia Park has everything i was looking for. A garage and washer and dryer in my apartment, nice pool and the grounds are kept beautifully. I absolutely love the views of the mountains from my kitchen window or patio. The maintenance staff (Abe,Guy) are always friendly and professional fast to fix anything. Yes Brandi (office manager) gets a bad reputation but she has always been fair and does her best to accommodate the needs of the residence here. You cant please everyone.
  They are doing thier best to update and improve the property all the time. (It shows) I love it here, its quiet and serene and the staff does thier best to keep the residence happy.

  I think the apartment complex does a great job and they are trying their best! Yes there is always room for improvement, such as work order turn around times. However I want to express my sincere appreciation for Misses Mejia, whom works in the Leasing Office. She has professionalism, a can- do attitude and her willingness to help on short notice is Upstanding, furthermore she has great leadership abilities and kind and courteous as a team player and deserves a pay raise effective immediately. As a University Student and US Navy Retired, I feel honored and Privileged to reside at Acacia Park Apartment Complex while in my University studies. I have a beautiful view of the mountains from my balcony where I watch the paraglider pilots and hang gliders pilots flying, which is a really awesome sight to see ! and most importantly the grounds keepers also do a great job at helping Acacia Park Apartments look beautiful.
