SimonMed Imaging - San Bernardino

I walked in with no appointment to have x-rays done. I was immediately greeted by the nicest woman in the world at the front desk. The entire staff was courteous. The wait was short. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because my results were written incorrectly. The type of x-ray taken did not match the written diagnosis. This may have been a one off occurrence, but it did create some confusion for my doctor. Other than that, I did have a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very welcoming, courteous and professional. Every step of the procedure was explained to me in terms that were easy to understand. I felt at ease the entire time. It was nice to be able to have some conversation with staff which made me feel like I mattered and wasn’t just another patient on their “to do” list. The staff was very respectful of giving me the physical space I needed to dress and undress and that was much appreciated.

Best place to have your scans done. My dad needed a petscan and Matt was, so professional and very thorough as my dad had taken a drink of Pepsi and we couldn’t do scan, but Matt went above and beyond to trace back timeline and was able to get us in on same day, so grateful for you Matt thank you again for all you did for my dad and I. Also wanted to mention how great the girls in front office were, super professional and personable Hope, Daisy and Yesenia you guys rock, so thankful for all of you.

They are amazing here! Front office staff is efficient and helpful and Xavier was fantastic with my test. He was kind and helpful and communicative. I didn’t have to wait long and they were easy to work with!!
