Smog Gurus

I had the pleasure of working with Gabe (Gabriel) and he was transparent on the delays with BMW parts. We ordered them and when they arrived, I dropped off my car and they realized more parts were needed and those thankfully arrived quickly. The process was seamless and Gabe kept me updated. I picked up my car yesterday and was amazed how it looked like I didn't have an accident. Highly recommend. If you're wondering on timing it took about 2 1/2 weeks to repair my right front bumper damaged from a collision during a torrential downpour.

Great, beautiful work, however there is something dragging under the car, will bring it back next week because they have a great warranty on their work. Have been using this company for years and the quality has always been excellent where I have never had any issues and have never had to bring the car back.
Took the car back, they quickly fixed the problem. Follow up was fast and professional. Again great quality work.

I’ve had to use this place 3 times in my years of driving. And I always work with Travis. And he is one of the best people iv worked with for getting cars fixed. He makes the process so easy and calls you with every update. I always recommend him when people ask me for a collision center. Highly recommend

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at RR Collision. If you go, ask for Travis! I was rear ended and Travis was able to fix my car and get it back to me in TWO WEEKS. He was so friendly and kept me updated the whole time. I could not have had a more positive experience. Also, the two ladies up front are super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. In a collision that damaged the right side extensively. Both doors - ancillary parts, etc. The repair was estimated/managed by Russell and the Round Rock team did an excellent job in completing on time, within budget and with great communication on the progress of repairs. Don't ever want to back - if you know what I mean - but if I needed auto support - this is the place I would go.

Came in a bit before the guys closed. The shop itself is on the backside of a Wrap shop, looked like, so there wasn't a full sign specifying the door, and the banner they had up said they were opening soon instead not already being open. Still, the guys that helped me out were quick, efficient, and friendly. Only issue was that because of the smog shop being in a little cluster of auto shops, it was a little crowded with parked cars in the gated lot. Still, I would easily recommend this place for a straight forward smog check at a reasonable rate.
