What a pleasure it was to have Edgar at All SoCal Homes handle the sale of our house. Edgar was there 100% of the time to answer every question and walk us through the negotiations, inspections and everything else involved with the sale of our house. All SoCal Homes will definitely be handling all my future real-estate business.

I have worked with Edgar Serratos when purchasing a rental home for us back in 2015 and also the sale of my Mom's house when she passed away in 2017. The sale of my Mom's house was fast and easy with Edgar and his team. He was always there when I had questions and answered them in a timely manner. My most recent experience was just these past few months when I was looking for another rental house and he was there for me all the times I wanted to go out looking and I am very greatful for him for that. My wife and I first hired Edgar in 2019 to help us find a new home to purchase. He was always so knowledgable and took time to really listen to our likes and dislikes. We found a home that was beyond what we even expected. Our experience with Edgar was so positive during our first go, that when we decided to sell said home and purchase a new one ,closer to our job, it was no question that Edgar was the one we wanted to help us in the selling/buying process. He was able to get our house sold and help us find a dream house in a lovely neighborhood all whithin in a 30 day escrow. We are beyond grateful for all his hard work.
