Let me first start off by saying I was a little skeptical at first not knowing exactly what it was. A friend of mine suggested I try it since I've tried a lot of different things to help my body with the constant pain and nothing really has helped me much. I did some research and I was still skeptical, but I thought it can't hurt to try. My friend recommended that I should try Clay at Life's Essentials, so I booked my appointment. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all. I don't exactly know how to explain to you guys the process or how it works other then it's a gentle touch healing process that he does. Clay is amazing. I thought at first it might be a little awkward because he is a man and he is almost touching my whole body. He only does what you feel comfortable with, his main focus is for you to feel comfortable and feel like you are in a safe place. He made me feel so relaxed and comfortable before the process, I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I just relaxed and let him do his work. He has the most gentle touch, yet he gets inside your body and adjusts it.  My body gets so tense with my type of work on top of all stress in my life. It's not a forever fix, but it lasts me a couple weeks before my body gets tensed up again and then I go see him. I wish I had tons of money so I could go all the time. I'm so thankful for trying this out, I tell everybody about it. If you don't believe it go try it at least just once, you won't be disappointed.

Where do I start? Tiffany is AMAZING!!!! I have had issues with my colon for sometime now and it got worse after giving birth to my two babies. I would only have a bowel movement every 4-5 days and I never felt relief; my stomach area always looked bloated. I felt nauseous daily. When I say seeing Tiffany has changed my life-that is no exaggeration. Her office is clean and so cozy. She makes you feel really comfortable during your sessions. I have only been seeing her for a little over a month and I now have a bowl movement everyday naturally! I feel so relieved.
