Wow! Wow! Wow! There are so many great things I can say about this place! The owner, Veronica is absolutely incredible at what she does, it’s obvious she is passionate about helping people. My 7 year old and I have been going in and using the sauna for pain and breathing issues and I have been getting treatments with the cryophysio for shoulder pain. I noticed a difference with just one treatment! We normally travel down the hill to get different types of alternative treatments so it’s such a blessing to have Veronica and her amazing staff so close to home. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help you learn about the different treatments they offer. My son absolutely loves Deven! She always greets you with a smile and such positive energy. I encourage everyone to stop by and just check the place out. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is amazing. Veronica and all the staff is seriously amazing. They truly go above and beyond. I take my 2 boys to get some compressions, cryotherapy, infrared sauna and massage/stretches because they play competitive soccer and are training 5-7 days a week and they need some relief. My boys love this place, I truly appreciate this facility because it's giving my son's the knowledge that there are other options other than pharmaceutical drugs to help when they have aches/pains or when they're sick or starting to feel sick. I truly believe and respect this natural approach to helping heal and maintain a healthy body. I also believe that starting this process should be done at a young age for better outcomes once my boys are older. Thank you Elixir for the knowledge and accessibility to something so great in our community.

This was my first time at Elixir of Health. I met Karen and she was extremely helpful and thorough with getting me familiar and comfortable learning about all the benefits Elixir of Health has to offer. I was a little nervous going in because my body is sensitive to many things. She knew exactly how to get me started by listening to my concerns and my health history a bit. She is knowledgeable and so kind and non abrasive with her work. I appreciate that. I left calm and the area she worked on with the localized cryotherapy felt much more calm as well. I’m really looking forward to coming back on a consistent basis. This is what my health and body needs. Thank you Karen, and Elixir of Health!

I did compression therapy after my bike ride and I feel great. This helped with circulation and sore muscles. A definite go to for me. I will do it again!

If you've ever been curious about cryotherapy like I was, I'd say this is the best place to do it for the first time and on a regular basis. The cryotherapy has helped me with the physical aches and pains of my daily routine (with a history of chronic low back/spine injury and spasms) and also gives me a rush of energy and helps me sleep better at night. I also love the compression therapy, I do believe it helps increase circulation and reduce inflammation.
Veronica manages Elixir and is extremely knowledgeable, she's a sweetheart, and takes a true health-based approach to what she does here. The staff here cares and ensures that you are comfortable and at-ease with whatever service you're getting done.
