I had a wonderful experience with Megan and Three Lagoons Realty last month when she sold my house. She is truly brilliant and incredibly dedicated to her work. She really understood what needed to happen to our home to make it stand out and generate the highest value. Even in the seller friendly market that we are in I am so grateful for her guidance on what we should fix up before sale - we absolutely benefited from her expertise. She also coordinated everything so that outside of the task of moving our stuff, all of the items on our list to complete before the house went on the market were seamlessly organized. She's fantastic at marketing, the photos and video content was gorgeous. She really took the time to get to know our neighborhood. I felt like not only was she representing my house she also cared a lot about representing the community it was in and highlighting how valuable the area is. Megan was incredibly professional and listened to my needs and wants and tailored the searches to only areas that I was interested in. I was very fortunate to get the first house I put an offer on. Megan helped us sell our home in La Mesa in October 2020 and it was a wonderful experience! From the first time we met with her, she went above and beyond to make things easy on us.
