(August 14, 2021, 7:16 pm)I just started a 2 week intermittent fast program with Toli.I lost 5 pounds, I'm more alert, and energetic. He advised me to avoid sugar and carbs.My diet.was mainly protein and veggies.I fasted on the 16/8 schedule.16 hour fast and 8 hours eating window.I ate only 2 small meals ( lunch and dinner ).During the 16 hour fast I drank only water and tea. The results are amazing. I sleep better and I have tons more energy. Thanks to Toli.
