My wife and I were referred to Mike Daniels by a family member. We were interested in purchasing a home in Oceanside. This was our first time so we were a little hesitant trusting anyone with such a big deal. We spent a couple of days with several different realtors and they seemed phony and only wanted to push houses on us so they could make their commissions. Mike is different. He listens and he cares. He never once pressured us into something that we weren't comfortable with. He worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home. We were always able to contact him day or night, or even late night when necessary. He was a wealth of information about the process and what to expect. When It comes to negotiating pricing and terms this guy is like Scar Face. "You wanna go to war? Ok, say hello to my little friend"! He negotiated a $610k down to $545 and made the seller paid the all of the closing costs! He also got them to do every repair that the home inspector notated. Mike is not one of those lazy realtors that lets you find the house on your own on Zillow or Redfin. This man constantly had an arsenal of homes to show many of which were not listed on the market. Even now that we have closed two weeks ago, Mike is still calling us to make sure that everything is perfect. Mike's dedication to customer satisfaction is relentless. Even though I was one of those very demanding clients, Mike always was very eager to work it out to make sure that I was taken care of and all of my concerns were handled. This gentleman is a true professional and he will make you feel like you are his only client. I will definitely be referring him to anyone looking to buy or sell. His wife Stacy was also very amiable and she was on top of all the documents and everything that was needed. They work very well together. You just do not see this kind of red carpet treatment very often anymore. Thank you Mike and Stacy!!
