I have a couple different injuries to my feet the bone spurs tendonitis and they were wanting to go in and do surgery. I tried these inserts a year ago and I love them I have no more feet pain no more problems. I give these inserts a double thumbs up.

I immediately felt relief from the plantar fasciitis I had been suffering from for over eight to nine months. I have worn my orthotics in every single one of my shoots, boots etc.. Some that initial date. Workout these orthotics, I am convinced that I world still be suffering too this day and would have required surgery to alleviate the pain.
