I called Jack's because I had a water leak (water dripping through the ceiling). He was able to ID the water leak issue extremely quickly. He was extremely responsive, and he didn't try to take advantage of the situation, which can be hard to find in the trades.
I called out Jack's again, this time because I had a leak under my house. The crawlspace was literally a pond of water that he had to crawl through and work in. Great attitude even though he was in a swamp. Love it!

Jack showed up on time to install my new hot water heater! It was raining out and Jack and his helper Mike brought tarps and made sure not to messy my place while working and removing the old water heater. They also went above and beyond to install a drain on the bottom of the hot water heater pan to direct water to a nearby rain gutter so if the heater ever goes bad it will not flood my downstairs neighbor. Jack pointed out the issue and immediately had a remedy. 100% 5 stars! I will be using Jack in the future! Lucky to have such a great HONEST guy to rely on servicing North County! Thank you Jack!

This guy is awesome!!! He called to see if he could come a day early! He came on tme, got to business, and quickly. Seemed exceptionally knowledgeable. Finished in no time, knew the problem and resolved it. Very personable. Will call on again if the need arises.

It's rare to find a contractor nowadays who delivers what is promised on time, within budget, and with excellent quality. Jack's plumbing and heating went above and beyond expectations. His team was courteous, hard working, and prompt. Communication was excellent and quality was outstanding. If I have any plumbing issues on the future, I definitely will call on Jack's plumbing and heating.

Jack answered my call on a Sunday and came to diagnose my issue within 30 minutes. Jack took the time to explain the issue and repairs would be needed. He was on time for the repair appointment, professional and did exactly what was promised and more. He left everything cleaner than when he came. The previous plumber quoted an amount two times higher than Jack and wrapped off a list of potential things that could also add additional costs. Jack was honest in his diagnosis and incredibly reasonable in cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
