It was a pleasure working with H&L ordering these custom grills for our church courtyard renovation... and all at a very reasonable price! They have elements from several of their standard designs morphed together and then we lengthened the bottom leg to produce an intentional cross shape. They turned out awesome! Great fit and finish.

We ordered the Simple Elegance Window Box cage. I had questions beforehand that the company responded to very quickly and we were able to order a standard, 48" window box cage. It arrived quickly, and well wrapped. It was easy to install and looks great. Good quality, too. I'd recommend this company without any hesitation.

So originally I had left a bad review because I couldn't get in touch with them. It turns out Comcast's landlines were down all across America. I have been speaking with Jessica and she has been very helpful in resolving my issue and keeping correspondence. Still kinda upset about the delivery time but I understand that is out of their immediate control.
