Carlsbad Gateway Center

A small Industrial Park with lots of trees and lots of well businesses of varying types. The last time I was there, I saw catering businesses and education or tutoring businesses, Homebrew Supply businesses, speech therapy business, and many others. Most are nondescript and the numbering on the doors or Windows is not very easy to see. Only a few places had colorful Banner signs, while the rest had lettering on the windows that wasn't necessarily easy to spot. Ample parking especially now where it appears that many of the Suites are empty.

Visited Arcana brewery. Great beers in a relaxed atmosphere. Outside seating available. Pick up a great Italian meal from Bologna gourmet while there.

Bologna Gourmet is awesome! Absolutely authentic Italian in portions to big to believe for the money they charge. Very friendly, really attentive... Will definitely be back again!

This extremely well-managed office complex is a joy to work in. It is rated zone M or Multi-pyrpose which means you will find a brewery, a florist, cafes, a bakery, normal office space, etc. The people who work for the complex are really helpful and friendly.
