Sonic Boom Wellness

The Sonic Boom Wellness program is AMAZING! The daily challenges are always relevant and engaging. The social aspect always keeps me connected with my coworkers, even when we aren't at work. Being able to create custom contests really allows our team to get creative with the encouragement of health, wellness & fitness for our employees. If you are in the market to find a wellness program for your company, this is it. Hands down.

I love the accountability that the Sonic Boom program provides. I can easily track my goals and challenge myself and my coworkers with a contest I'm able to create myself. It's also fun to track the leaderboards and see how often I can top them! My favorite part is seeing everyone using the "Caught Ya" feature to recognize themselves and others in their healthy choices. The program is fun, informative, and makes creating and sustaining daily health habits (and staying connected to my coworkers) so easy!

The Sonic Boom program is awesome! I love participating in Featured Contests with my husband and competing to see who can get the most activity each day. The Challenge-of-the-Day emails are also helpful because they allow me to add new workouts and recipe ideas to my weekly routine.

The Sonic Boom program helps me stay on track with my personal fitness goals. The Challenges-of-the-Day introduce new ideas (anything from healthy recipes to new workouts to stress-busting tips) that I regularly add to my routine, and the social aspects of the program encourage healthy competition and accountability - I love competing against my colleagues at work and my wife at home!

The Sonic Boom Wellness Program helps keep me on track! In one easy place, I can keep track of food and water consumption, my weight and mood, and all the different varieties of fruits and veggies that help to keep me healthy!
I also LOVE the Challenge of the Day. It covers a plethora of topics, and each one is informative, funny and diverse enough to be beneficial whether you are a beginner or expert at fitness. There are virtual awards (which I don't have to dust but still achieve) to acknowledge my progress, and keep me motivated!
I've found that the boomerang steps are comparable to the steps I register with my smartphone. There are challenges you can do with your company or just a few friends, and you can submit one yourself!
I've been a Boomer for over three years, and I'm still enthused about keeping track of my health!
