It is one of the most amazing restaurants I have been to in a long time. It is delicious and entertaining as the kitchen is fully open to see from all areas of the restaurant. It looks like an iron chef show right in front of you live. Filled with culinary masters of their craft. The food was extraordinary, and the staff honestly matched any fine dining experience you will have anywhere in the world. Jacob the the manager for all three installations, was impeccable his knowledge and service was top notch. The waiters and staff made this visit so memorable that it will stay with me my whole life. This is a special treat, and if you are local or traveling to Carlsbad, stop by and treat yourself and your family to some of the best food and service in all of San Diego.

This restaurant is STUNNING! Absolutely gorgeous with every detailed though of during design.

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the restaurant and menu. They were able to answer questions right away and made great suggestions for the table.

I was with a group and everyone’s food was excellent. All of the dishes came out perfectly and well timed.

I would strongly encourage everyone to try this restaurant and the overall experience - I would do it all over again.

We came for the Sunday Brunch Buffet. The sides were the stars here. The main dishes were good but not great. The paella needed more flavor, but had good amounts of seafood in it. I wish they also offered some traditional breakfast meats like bacon and sausage. I understand that may not fit the Mexican theme, but that’s ok.

Loved the variety of cheeses, but there were absolutely no crackers. Only small blue corn tostadas. They also had fresh lox, but no bagels to put them on. The ceviche was excellent.

The pastries were very good. The churros could have been fresher, but still tasty.

They have a margarita sampler which is great deal when compared to the cost of a single margarita. Our favorite was the strawberry and the regular.

The facility is top notch and located in a beautiful resort. Valet parking only, but the restaurant can validate your parking for you.

Really enjoyed my experience here. I was single diner apprehensive about taking a table solo.

No counter or bar service here (counter service offered on Open Table).

The hostess answered all my questions and ultimately let me choose an unobtrusive table farther back in the dining room.

Dining room setting was clean and well dressed, not easy to execute in a three-meal a day restaurant.

My service staff was informative and navigated me through the menu. I'm not a secret shopper, but Forbes standards were 100% adhered to.

I had their house Margarita and a glass of Mexican wine. Both meant to be paired with cuisine.

Food was excellent, fresh and surprisingly well-valued for the quality and ambiance.

I had the ceviche combo and tuna appetizer. Traditionally, I'm not a fan of resort food, but no complaints here.

All staff members viewed in both FOH and BOH were working hard towards a common goal.

This execution always starts at the top. Well done to the team, keep up the good work.
