  I have taken both of my daughters to Kids Care Spot home daycare for two years now. My youngest was only 4 months old when she started at Ligia’s daycare and as stressful as it is for a working Mom to leave a new baby, I always felt like my girls were in very safe and nurturing hands. Ligia, Lupe, Suri, and Christy (Ligia’s staff) are very warm and affectionate with the kids and you can tell how much all of the kids love them by the way they follow the staff around and give hugs at the end of the day.
  The daycare itself is very clean and structured. The kids do art projects every day. My girls love the art projects and are very proud to show off their work. The daily schedule has a lot of outdoor playtime in the nicely landscaped yard and garden. The daycare also spends time each day with the kids singing songs and teaching them numbers, letters, and colors. They were a huge help with my oldest daughter with potty training and now my 3-year-old daughter is completely independent in the bathroom. This is a great daycare for young children because it feels more like a warm home-like feeling instead of a community center or school.

  Can't rave enough about Ligia and her staff. This place is amazing! They're great not only with our daughter but with all the kids. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who wants their kids to be in a safe and happy environment.

  This is the best preschool EVER!!! Both of my daughters attended this fantastic establishment. Ligia (the owner) has truly become family to us. She loves each child as her own and it really shows. Lupe (her right hand lady - AKA assistant) and everyone who works in the school cares deeply about all of the children, their well being and their happiness. ????
  It is very much like a Montessori type school. From the multiple styles of toys to the varied items used in the daily craft project to the beautiful garden with 7 organic fruit trees (of which the kids can pick and eat) to the planting of their own fruits/veggies. I lobe that Ligia uses natural products whenever she can. Most play toys are made of wood or cloth.
  Breakfast and lunch are served. Lunch is a hot meal usually made of old family recipes. Ligia is from. Brazil and loves to serve her Brazilian meatballs. Snacks are fed many times through the day and are fun (yet healthy) things to eat. Raisins, rice cakes, fruit, crackers, carrots etc. ????????????????
  The whole team here works hard to expose the kiddos to culture via different languages (Portuguese and Spanish as well as English) as well as cultural differences via activity or art. ???????? ????????
  Lots of music and dance/circle time. Ligia is very big on reuse/reduce/recycle and teaches the children to be conscious about it (as much as you can a young child).
  At the end of the summer/ school year she throw a beautiful graduation ceremony for the ones moving on complete with cap and gown. It’s such a loving thing to do for the kids. It helps them be so proud of their accomplishments. ????
  My kiddos attended for 3 &1/2 years. They have moved on to the “big school” but every time I think of this school I’m sad that they aren’t a part of this wonderful establishment anymore and the fantastic people who work here. Your child will be in excellent hands if they attend here. There are so many inspiring and glorious things that await them. They will look forward to each and every day here. ????

  I have two girls that have attended the school and I would highly recommend this school ! it’s like your own family taking care and nurturing the kids like no other place. They prepare home cooked lunches for the kids . Lots of outdoor time and exploring the lush garden. There is no other preschool that comes even close to the kids care spot . I would do it again, with no hesitation.

  I love this school. After visiting several schools in the area, this one showed the greatest curriculum and activities; and, the most trustworthy environment. I cannot express how amazing the staff is here as it is a very caring and loving environment. Kids have a project every day that they bring home and are always excited about it. They have music and singing time in addition to many outdoor and educational activities. My kid does not ever get bored going to this school. It is nurturing and fun with lots of educational toys and activities that nurture their development.
  In addition, they cook fresh meals everyday at the school; and, the kids can eat ORGANIC fruits from the trees in the playground area. I highly recommend this school. It gives me a complete peace of mind regarding my child's safety and personal development.
