  I googled insurance brokers in San Diego and SPF was my first and only call. I called on a Saturday desperate for help to obtain a plan within a few days as I am in-between jobs. Marc answered the phone and was so patient answering all of my questions and calmed me down as I was feeling overwhelmed. He immediately emailed me my various plan options with links so I could research all the details to make an informed decision. I spoke to Marc again a few times early the next week then he stayed on the phone with me while I completed the application for the plan I had selected.

  Wish we could give more stars! My wife and I waited a year to write this review because of being new to insurance coverage and the ever-changing climate regarding it. Through it all, Marc Sandknop was readily available. His knowledge, demeanor, patience, empathy was very refreshing. We had many questions and he answered them all. We got a sense that he personally cared about our circumstances and wanted us to make the best decision, one that would meet our needs. A year later, everyone's circumstances changed, and having just gotten off the phone with Marc, it's great to know the service hasn't changed at all. My family knows what next year will be like and we are ready, thanks to Marc. Don't second-guess contacting SPF Insurance, we're glad we didn't.

  After trying to understand the complexities of health coverage and researching it on my own, a call to Marc opened my eyes to how little I knew and how great it is to have someone who is an expert AND extremely patient, thorough and concise in explaining the process.
  
  Marc has saved me a lot of time and whether you are self-employed or have questions about coverage for your family, I recommend picking up the phone and calling Marc.

  Marc was extremely helpful when walking us through the insurance options. He was timely, polite, knowledgeable, personable and thorough. I would recommend SPF only to those who like to save time and feel confident about their insurance. Wait, that’s everyone.
