We've been with Allstate for a long time and have no complaints whatsoever. The staff, especially our agent Jeannette, is always very helpful and able to answer any questions we have. I've called around for quotes to see if we could save a little by going with another company, and even though some of them offered lower rates, we couldn't leave because of the awesome customer service they provide. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for new insurance and a great interaction.
