Who would have thought a root canal would be, could be a positive experience! From start to finish my experience in this office was professional, friendly, even a little humor, but mostly a fantastic and welcoming staff doing great work. Unusually efficient, which is important to me as a professional myself, I felt that my time respected as that of the doctor's. When I arrived, I was in the chair with in a few minutes and shortly thereafter the procedure began. The Dr. constantly asking me if I was comfortable while doing his work. Honestly, I was in and out of there faster than I believed was possible, feeling both comfortable and confident in the work! It's not my first root canal, but it was the most professional and positive I've ever experienced.

I'm not a person who posts many reviews but I have to say, if you need this kind of work done, if you're looking for a great endodontist, this is a practice I believe you can trust and will appreciate you will appreciate!!

Dr. Massarat's endodontic practice came recommended to me by a leading dentist in the area. The firm has extremely professional management and staff. Dr. Shen and her assistant were 100% focused and detail oriented which put me at ease. They use the proper amount of analgesic medication. They check in with you to make sure you are OK after the procedure and provide all necessary prescriptions. They are upfront about all costs and have very reasonable prices. I highly recommend their services.
