I am so very happy with Ray Montgomery and his crew. I received 4 quotes and chose Montgomery. Ray was also the quickest to respond, coming in person to look at our rental property before giving his quote. I originally sought him out because it looked as though he had a lot of experience with older homes. My house was built in 1942, had a lot of original paint and the stucco was damaged in several spots. I wanted to have windows installed at the same time. Ray was great to work with, as he coordinated with my trying to squeeze in the other contractors. There was plenty of clutter in the yard that they needed to navigate. They were so understanding and professional. Their prep work was amazing inside and out. Ray’s crew sanded down EVERYTHING in the house and were exceptionally detailed with every nook and cranny of the vintage cabinetry in the kitchen. They smoothed every crack in my “lath and plaster” walls. Their cut work is beautiful. Ray himself came after the windows were installed to do any necessary touch ups. He could have just as easily turned his back …as his part of the job was done…but he came back to fix the little issues from the window installation. It was more important to him for me to be a happy client…. I highly recommend him, and have to all my neighbors!
