I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while. The biggest issue for me was that I was extremely embaressed about the condition of my teeth, as I had let a busy lifestyle lead to neglect of my oral health. Needless to say, I needed many procedures done. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the dentists are amazing at this facility. They were very real and honest about the condition of my teeth, but never made me feel bad nor added to my embarrassment. Cracking jokes and making me laugh was part of the charm that lives in each employee at this clinic. They quickly worked out a treatment plan for me, and a week later, I was in there being treated.

The two dentists that worked with me, so far, did amazing work. With all the recent shadiness surrounding Dental facilities doing work you don't need, I can whole-heartedly say these dentists are here to care for people, not their money.

I feel like I have new teeth, even though I only got some fillings done. They were quick, friendly, informative, and kind. I highly recommend becoming a patient of this dental clinic.

Side Note: I saw how they dealt with children who were scared; they built a relationship with the child and I could see that she trusted the dentist.

I have been going here for the past 20 years now and am very happy with their services. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Recently I had an issue with an abscessed tooth prompting me to come in sooner than my scheduled appointment. They were able to get me in within the following couple days setting me up with antibiotics and finding that I needed two root canals done that I had been postponing.Though such work is nothing to be excited about, the precision and care the doctor exercised made the procedure seem effortless. I was in and out within 90 minutes and back to work that same morning. When all was said and done they were able to do two root canals with two fillings saving my two bottom front teeth with no crowns needed. When the anesthesia wore off I did not feel any residual pain the doctor said I may experience afterwards. Once again they showed me why they are the place to go for dental work.

I was extremely pleased with my experience here. I recently moved to UTC so I stopped coming here due to the distance. Well over time my issues grew worse and I was very nervous about getting a root canal. Everyone from scheduling my appointment over the phone, the front desk help, the dental assistant, to the dentist were extremely kind and professional. Dr. Alex I believe was my dentist and he was so funny kind and relational. He made me feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. His assistant was Fantastic. They made me feel like a person rather than a number. I was also impressed with the measures that were taken to ensure the environment was sanitary. They explained the treatment plan and clearly went over pricing with me which was very reasonable.

As a business owner myself with systems in place and high standards for our team I can see that this dental office truly takes pride in their business and serving the community.
