Nicely landscaped and well maintained. -

(October 17, 2021, 8:20 am)My wife and I have been living here for 3 years and I was the president of the HOA for the past 2 years and by far is the best mobile home park in east county.
The space rent is 1,100.00 per month and no HOA fees , which is kind of expensive, but this park is super quiet and very safe for my family, and that is all that matters to me.
I would rather pay a little extra for my family's safety, then to live a noisy place with neighbors that I may have a problem with.
We have fantastic neighbors around us and we all help one another when we need to.
If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to live, then Pepperwood mobile home park is the right place to live. -

(September 21, 2021, 10:39 pm)We have a clubhouse for meetings and special occasions, pool tables, a kitchen, rest room, heated pool, with jacuzzi, is for 55+. It's so quiet here it took a couple of months to get used to!
